I think while updating the power is off. You can adjust it using a loader for supermax using pc/laptop by connecting with RS232 cable.

I have rs232 cable but the one end is male,how can i connect it wit my reciever to upgrade it with a loader.also if i connect it by a one mechanism how do i know the reciever is connected to computer?

how can i upgrade sm2350 powertech by usb flash because i tried more to open discovery science,nat geo wild,idman azerbayc and others. if i insert usb flash and open upgrade by usb and there is option which is allcode,maincode,defaultdb,userdb and dumb and in upgrade file ,it says no file for allcode,maincode,defaultdb,userdb. For dumb it is backup.abs.so how do i upgrade it? please tell the correct step.and how can i insert biss key? can't i open bein sport 1-4 on nilesat? it is present in nilesat. thank you!

This is Abdela from south wollo, I know i was lost for so long that's because as i told you i am not in town where i can get internet access,
Any way now I am here and i have some questions
1. where can I get the rs232 coverter?
2. How can I make Eutelsat 7A and Esat channel at the same dish?
3. Is there any new package for supermax 2350 powertech receiver that can make it crack some scrambled channels?

My receiver is Supermax sm 2350 Powertech HD. I had IRBTV 3, IRIB Varesh etc...but now I lost these channels. How can I restore these channels? Thank you very much for your kind support.
