Cannot add BISS to SM 2425 HD PowerPlus

Hi, I successfully updated the latest software to my SM 2425 HD. Now after I select the Biss channel, I am able to edit or add ONLY the BISS key however cannot add or edit the 'index', 'cas id', and 'ident' values and they are empty or blank. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

just after updating the stb input z biss key _ press blue button when boss key page opens delete the default key using the red button , use yellow button to Edit the current key & press blue button 2x save the data. ignore ' index ' ' cas I'd ' & ' indent value '
