BeIN Media Group Acquires Turkish Digiturk
BeIN Media Group announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of the company DP BV, the holding company for a group of Turkish pay-TV Digiturk. It should be that the company was owned by Providence Equity Partners and Çukurova Group, which was confiscated by the insurance fund for deposits in Turkey (TMSF), in May 2013.
