I am using The Ibox 3030 phenomena ....no problem so far. I think as long as u used the proper softwares to update it, it may work fine.

Admin why you deleted my post? Is there any problem? I think the page is a platform to help each other and i learned a lot.
Here is what i found after updating iBox 3030 phenomena (molalaw iBox 3D and 3G)
I uploaded all the softwares in my USB. The softwares are: the first what i got from this page (v1.91 rar), another obtained from other sites and from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] (V1.91 bin compressed file with procedures and 3g information).
After i inserted it it recognized the last one or bin only as a software.
I followed the same procedure you posted to update the receiver.
It has finished all the process and opened the scrambled channels.
It works well!
It improves the software (patch and also mobile support).
I couldn't upload the software here.

Dear Adugna2, thank you for coming and sharing your experience with us.
As you already tried to point out, that is what this form is all about.
But just like any other forum, it has it's own Rules&Guidelines, though we have
been very tolerant in inforcing them. Part of the reason for the laxness is to
encourage members to participate as most of them are newbies. We therefore try
to increase their know-how with feedbacks as we ecounter cases that doesn't go along with the
forum guidliness; for we believe it was an honest mistake, specially for newbies.

If I recalled correctly you had made a post that has no "body"
but only a subject(really big one). As it becomes a total hindrance
to see new posts and cluttered the forum look, for the sake of maintaining
the forum integrity and look it had to be cleared. I hope this incident itself
has been understood as part of the learning process which this forum is there about.
It is always a good thing to go back to the topic and see how your post looks once it is posted.

Dear Adugna2
The software you downloaded from us is a rar file(zip file), means it needs extraction. If you don't extract it the receiver will not recognize it. Otherwise both files are the same files.

Thanks Kstar and admin for your honest response at all.
Regarding the software, I have extracted the bin one file from zip file. As i understand, it is my mistake and i didn't see any extractable feature on the file as usual.
