[ibox3030] My remote is not working!!

My ibox3030 remote control stops working suddenly then after few days it will start working.. I have changed the battery, but that does seem to help. How can I fix it? or do I have to buy a new receiver?

How come you have one remote control only???

Ibox3030 receiver has 2 (two) remote controls when you buy. One short but thick and the second one long but thin (flat).

If the guy who sold you the receiver sold to you only one receiver then he has deceived you when he sold the receiver to you. I have two ibox remote control which I purchased together with the receiver.

So demand for the second one.

I have both remotes but neither is working.. I think its has to do with the receiver.. but I only used it for 6 months.
